Delta to run non-stop flight from RDU to Paris

RDU (WTVD) -- Delta Air Lines will soon offer the Triangle a direct connection to the City of Love.

The airline will run a non-stop flight from Raleigh-Durham International to Paris, France's Charles de Gaulle Airport.

During an official announcement at RDU Thursday, officials said the flight will take off starting next May.

Flights DL230 and DL231 will be available for purchase starting this Saturday.

The flight will operate on the following schedule in conjunction with Delta's partners Air France, KLM and Alitalia using a 164-seat, Boeing 757-200ER aircraft, according to the airline.
