Second murder suspect turns himself in

WAKE FOREST, N.C. (WTVD) -- Police say a second suspect charged in the killing of a man in Wake Forest August 28 has turned himself in to authorities. Walter Britt Garrison, 33, turned himself into the Wake County Sheriff's office on Tuesday. He has been charged with one count of murder in connection with the shooting death of 27-year-old Glenn Tashaun Lee.

His brother, Patrick Armond Garrison, 31, is charged with one count of accessory to murder.

Patrick Garrison was captured by the U.S. Marshals Service September 8.

Lee was found shot in the 400 block of N. Allen Avenue.
