YOUNGSVILLE, NC (WTVD) -- A Franklin County grand jury has indicted two former Town of Youngsville employees on felony fraud charges.

Joey Patterson, a former maintenance supervisor, is charged with one count of obtaining property by false pretense.

His mother, Brenda Robbins, who was the town administrator, is charged with 14 felony counts, including seven counts of embezzlement of funds by a public officer and seven counts of accessing a government computer to defraud or obtain property.

The two turned themselves in on Friday and were released without bond.

Robins and Patterson were removed from their jobs in 2011 by the town board.
