Silver Alert issued for Winston-Salem man

RALEIGH

Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Win Renard Hodges, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Anyone with information about Win Renard Hodges should call the Winston Salem Police Department at 336-773-7700.

Other Distinguishing Physical Characteristics: Mr. Hodges is missing his right eye.

Clothing Description: Mr. Hodges wears glasses, has a brown shirt or sweater on, and is wearing khaki pants with a black blazer.

Location of Incident: The location is Winston Salem and Mr. Hodges may have possibly traveled to Walnut Cove, Stokes County, North Carolina.

Location Last Seen: Mr. Hodges made contact with his daughter early this morning via cell phone; however, no one can reach him by cell.

Direction of Travel: Mr. Hodges direction of travel may have been to Walnut Cove, Stokes County, North Carolina.

Possible Destination: Mr. Hodges current destination is unknown, but he is believed to still be in the Winston Salem, Forsyth County area, and may be in need of medical attention.

Vehicle Description: The vehicle is a white Dodge Caravan with tag NC WWX-8123.
