Vanlata Patel's body was found burned on the side of Interstate 85 in Mecklenburg County, Virginia last month. Earlier this month, police revealed surveillance video showing Patel's estranged husband buying gas and a gas can from a convenience store the day she disappeared – January 16th.
Harish Patel has been charged with his wife's murder. According to court documents, the couple was in the middle of a financial dispute over hundreds of thousands of dollars in a Swiss Bank account.
