When they arrived, they found 32-year-old Barbara Ann Bandy inside a vehicle with a gunshot wound. She was taken to the hospital but died on February 26.
The Goldsboro Police department originally issued attempted murder warrants for Anthony Dwayne Jackson and John Oscar Mumford. The charge is now upgraded to murder.
