CARY The new charges were filed by Cary police Wednesday morning. They say a search of Dwayne Frazier's home computer turned up video of children and underage teens being sexually exploited - apparently downloaded from child porn websites.

Frazier was charged with 10 counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.

Frazier, an Army sergeant stationed at Fort Bragg, was first arrested last year for allegedly appearing in a sex tape where he and his 17-year-old son both had sex with an underage girl.

The 42-year-old was charged with second-degree rape and first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.

The son - Stafon Strickland-Frazier - was also charged with a second-degree sexual offence.

The case began when a woman called police to report her daughter had been raped by Frazier and his son.

Investigators say Frazier - trying to defend his son against the rape accusation - showed the tape to school administrators to try and prove the sex was consensual.

Police got a search warrant and recovered the whole tape. They say it shows a lot more than the teen having sex with the girl. It allegedly shows Frazier forcing the girl to have sex with him too.

If convicted, Frazier faces a maximum sentence of more than 40 years in jail.
