Detectives in Cumberland County say a Fayetteville woman prostituted a teenager to support her drug habit. They've charged 20-year-old Sandra Panecka.

According to arrest documents, Panecka, who is reportedly homeless, coerced the girl, who was 14-years old at the time, to run away from home in 2007.

The teen was introduced to drugs, and then Panecka allegedly encouraged the teen to become a prostitute so they both could buy more cocaine.

Detectives say Panecka helped the girl pick up men and then collected the money. The victim says she was also physically and sexually assaulted and infected with sexually transmitted diseases.

Panecka faces charges of facilitating a minor for prostitution, kidnapping, ten counts of statutory sex offense, ten counts of participating in the prostitution of a minor, four counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor, five counts of crimes against nature and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
