When officials arrived, they found 34-year-old Jimmy Ali McCollough deceased at the edge of the roadway in front of 119 Joseph St.
The investigation is currently being worked as a homicide. Authorities say due to the sensitivity of the ongoing investigation, there will not be any additional information released at this time.
