He is accused of killing 27-year-old Charles Clements and wounding 26-year-old Arthur Mwebe inside the Jamaican Lounge in Spring Lake on March 29.

Authorities believe Clements was trying to leave the US for Jamaica when he was caught.
He is being held in Florida without bond. His first hearing is scheduled for June 10. The hearing will determine if he will be extradited to Cumberland County and face a first-degree murder charge.
