Bragg commander leaving for Joint Staff
FORT BRAGG Lt. Gen. Lloyd J. Austin III was confirmed by the Senate to
serve as the next director of the Joint Staff in July. He
relinquished command Thursday at a ceremony on Fort Bragg.
