Babysitters allegedly rape mother

LILLINGTON According to warrants, Lillington police charged 42-year-old Anthony James Langley and 22-year-old Loretta Lynn Smith with first-degree kidnapping, first-degree rape, first-degree sex offense and felony conspiracy. They were arrested on August 12.

It is not clear when the alleged assault happened.

The Harnett County Sheriff's Office says Langley raped the 21-year-old woman while Smith helped restrain her.

Officers say the children were not hurt. The ages of the children has not been released.

Langley and Smith are in jail each under $250,000 bail.
