Man charged with rape

HOKE COUNTY Detectives say 37-year-old Vinson Grace lured a woman to his home with the promise of a free item that she would have to come pick up.

When she did, deputies say Grace sexually assaulted her.

Grace is charged with first-degree kidnapping and second-degree rape.

He was being held Monday on $100,000 bond.
