Investigators released the pictures to the media just a few days before Christmas.
Now, 42-year-old Mark Canary, of 740 Bashford Road, is charged with one count of indecent liberties with a child, one count of indecent exposure, one count of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and one count of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
Investigators say he touched the 7-year-old inappropriately in the store December 20.
An arrest warrant obtained by ABC11 says Canary is also charged with having sexual activity with a 9-year-old after a search of his home.
Apparently, according to the warrant, Canary took pictures of that child's genitalia leading to charges of sexual exploitation of a minor.
Canary has a long criminal history. He was charged with burglary and attempted rape in Kentucky at age 19 and sent to jail for seven years.
He was then charged in Florida in 1996 with aggravated battery.
Bail in the latest arrest was set at $1 million.
