St. Mary’s Street was closed between Scotland Street and Riddick Drive overnight while Progress Energy crews worked on the damaged pole.
31 homes were without power. Progress Energy said they hoped to have power back to their customers by 10:30 a.m.
No serious injuries were reported from the crash.
