They will be joined by General James Amos, the 35th Commandant of the Marine Corps, and Major General Carl Jenson, the Commanding General, Marine Corps Installations East.
Following the speech, they will visit Operation Shower, a non-profit organization that honors the sacrifices of military families.
The new initiative aimes to educate, challenge, and spark action from all sectors of society, to ensure military families have the support they have earned, according to The White House.
