Investigators say 16-year-old Jaquail Renfrow was a ward of Falcon Children's Home located at 7568 North West Street in Falcon. He apparently drowned after jumping off a pier.
Witnesses say Renfrow and several other teens were swimming in a pond located across the street from the home.
No additional information was made available.
