ABC11 is teaming up with several relief efforts across the state to raise money for those impacted by the North Carolina storms.Triangle Community Foundation is partnering with ABC 11 on a "text-to-give" campaign. The Eyewitness News team has joined forces with Harris Teeter in an effort to raise donations for the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund.

Harris Teeter stores in the Triangle area are selling $1 and $5 Tornado Relief Fund Donation Cards to give customers an opportunity to lend a hand to those struggling in the aftermath.

The relief drive continues through April 30.
