He is charged with breaking and entering into homes and vehicles, as well as stealing a vehicle along Jacobs Creek Circle and Lambrusco Place.
Victims say they had electronics, purses and other personal items stolen from them.
Sweeney is being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $75,000 secured bond.
