The apartment complex is on Calumet Drive, just off of Sunnybrook Road - near WakeMed.
A large area has been cordoned off while police investigate.
Meanwhile, neighbors are speaking out about what they say happens all too often in the community.
"It's too much, way too much," said Asian Dyson, a neighbor. "It's a lot of kids for all this stuff to be going on in this neighborhood. It's crazy."
