Private plane blows tire, hits ditch

OXFORD, N.C. It happened just after 1:30 p.m. at the Henderson-Oxford Airport in Granville County.

Sheriff's officials say the pilot and a passenger were uninjured.

The plane suffered minor damage, and the crash is under investigation.
