The Chapel Hill Police Department announced the arrest of Antonio Aleman-Hernandez of Hamilton Road, Chapel Hill Thursday.
He faces four counts of secret peeping, and a count of attempted breaking and entering.
Aleman-Hernandez was being held in the Orange County Jail under a $10,000 bond.
