An arrest warrant for 47-year-old Jill Marie Caffolla of Chambersbury Rd. was made public Wednesday. It says she took $5469.62 from the private ambulance company.
Former treasurer Edward Fuller, 55, was arrested on the same charge earlier this month.
Six Forks EMS shut down in May, after Wake County officials said they found problems with the company's audits.
