In September, he says he hired Green Leaf Tree and Stump Removal to take down five trees in his yard. The total price was $3,500.
Terry said he paid in full and the trees were taken down.
"They didn't remove the stumps, and they left the stumps and the roots in the ground," he said.
Terry said he called the owner of the tree service numerous times.
"Left him hundreds of messages and I never heard from him," said Terry.
Not getting anywhere, Terry reached out to me and we contacted Green Leaf.
"When I got home that evening, Mr. Hooker gave me a call and said he would be out there on Saturday," said Terry.
All the stumps were removed and Terry can enjoy his yard again.
"Thank you so much. I really appreciate it," he said.
The owner of Green Leaf did not comment for this story. Terry says he was told the reason for the delay was the company's stump grinding machine was broken.
