On Monday, members of the U.S. Marshall's Office took 27-year-old Rogelio Murphy Jr. into custody for second-degree murder.
Murphy is accused of shooting 29-year-old Stacy Allen Bradford outside the Pearl Necklace in the 6200 block of Yadkin Road on Dec. 3.

Details surrounding the incident have not been released.
Murphy is currently being held at the Cumberland County Detention Center. His bond has not been set at this time.
