Wake Forest teen charged with sexual battery

RALEIGH, N.C.

According to arrest warrants and other court documents, Brett Edward Gunter Hill posted a $4,000 bond and was released Monday.

Hill is charged with assault and battery in an incident a June 11 incident in which he allegedly grabbed a woman by her shirt, causing her to fall to the ground.

On June 5, Hill allegedly tried to pull a person's shorts down. He's charged with sexual battery in that incident.

On March 9, the warrants state he slapped a woman on her buttocks. He's charged with sexual battery in that incident.

And on May 12, he allegedly exposed himself in a public park. He's charged with indecent exposure in that incident.

ABC11 has learned Hill is a student at Wake Forest Rolesville High School.

Raleigh police told ABC11 that they were able to catch Hill after one of the victim's saw him again Sunday night on the trail and alerted authorities.
