When they arrived they found the body of Felipe Montavo-Montavo in an outside area.
The circumstances surrounding the death remain under investigation, but eyewitness tell police several people drinking led to the man's death.
Four men: Hector Rodriguez, Arturo Gonzalez, Juan Moyeda-Aleman and Miguel Mayo have all been arrested and charged with Montavo-Montavo's murder.
Moyeda-Alman and Rodriguez are both 16.
Police have not released a movtive in his murder.
