He said their 30 day money back guarantee is what caught his attention. He tells Troubleshooter Diane Wilson, "They told me I would have no problems, none at all." But when Steve tried the cell phone out in his area he had problems. He adds, "I tried to access my voicemail and when I tried to access it, it would send me to my voicemail asking me to leave a message, then when I tried to access the star code feature to contact sprint and I couldn't do it." Steve immediately called Sprint. He says, "They told me it was a technical problem on their end. Tech support got a hold of me and told me they couldn't fix it."
So Steve took the phone back within days of buying the plan. He says, "They told me they had no problem taking the phone back they told me I would get my deposit in four to five days." Days turned into a month and still no refund. Steve adds, "Next thing I knew I was having to wait months." Steve even got a statement showing the refund check was sent but he waited and never got it.
