Firefighters heard about the dog being in the pipe around 9 a.m. Friday after the dog's owner tried to coax her out with food.
A large backhoe was brough it to try to dig the dog out. But while using an infrared camera, firefighters realized the dog was not stuck, but scared.
A few minutes later they were able to lift her out.
The dog was not injured.
