Upon arrivial officers found a white male on the living room floor bleeding from gun shot wound.
The victim was identified as Andrew Lee Tillman, 31. Paramedics transported him to Central Carolina Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
Harry James O'Connor Jr., 33, of Sanford has been charged with murder. O'Conner is jailed with out bond.
