Eron Riley, 20, was cited for public affray and Austin Kelly, 18, was cited for failure to disperse and resisting, delaying and obstructing officers.
Officers responded to Club 9 on Ninth St. at 1:19 a.m. Saturday. When an officer entered the club, witnessed a male hit another person. The officer placed that male under arrest.
The second male was arrested after he failed officers requests to leave the area.
