The traffic light at Brier Creek Parkway and ACC Boulevard is set to begin working around 2 p.m. The stop light will be operational in time for rush hour.
The light was previously delayed twice.
There have been dozens of wrecks and many close calls at the intersection. The stop light is the second phase of safety improvements in the area.
