Two teens charged with making bomb threats

FAYETTEVILLE

Authorities say James Wallace and Melissa Gordon, both 17, e-mailed two bomb threats to the Cumberland County School's computer network system on Sunday and Monday.

Police say they addressed the e-mails to the vice principal at 71st High School. In the e-mails, the pair allegedly claimed a bomb would go off in a bathroom at 71st High School this past Monday.

Both are charged with felony conspiracy and making false reports.

Wallace and Gordon are scheduled to make their first court appearance Wednesday afternoon.
