The chase ended on Interstate 40 near Harrison Avenue Tuesday morning when the man's van flipped. Police say the chase began when a trooper tried to pull over Aaron Burnley. Burnley, 36, then took off onto Interstate 540.
The chase ended when Burnley hit a trooper's car from behind while going 90-miles-per-hour. Burnely lost control of the van and flipped several times.
Authorities say his injuries are not life threatening. The trooper wasn't hurt.
