Jeronimo Rubio allegedly called 911 claiming a woman and her two small children were /*kidnapped*/ by gunmen and forced inside a white colored vehicle.
According to authorities, Rubio actually assaulted the woman and she fled the scene with her children.
Rubio is charged with assault, resisting arrest and misuse of the 911 system.
