At the request of the Wake County Sheriff Office, the N.C. Center for Missing Persons has cancelled the Silver Alert for Robert Edward Whitworth.
The 72-year-old, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment, was reported missing from Wake Forest Friday evening.
