Officials say he could be traveling along Highway 43 towards Rocky Mount in a silver Toyota Four Runner with NC license plates #WYB-6292.
Investigators are following reports that Dale was seen in Rocky Mount at a Wachovia Bank around 8 a.m. Dale is Native American, six-feet tall and has sandy brown hair with hazel eyes.
