Man exposes himself to woman walking
SOUTHERN PINES, NC On August 7, 2008 at approximately 10:15 a.m. a female was followed while walking in the 100 block of E. Rhode Island Avenue in Southern Pines. The suspect walked behind the victim and attempted to engage her in conversation. As the female turned, the suspect was exposing himself to her. The suspect left the scene operating a "dingy white" in color Chevrolet long bed, standard cab truck. The suspect is described as a white male, bald, about 5'7' and 220 lbs.
