Multiple counties experience 911 failure

Lines in all four counties are functioning properly.

Centers in Edgecombe, Franklin, Granville and Vance counties say they don't know what caused the problem at 911 centers.

The last county, Edgecombe, had it's lines restored around 7 p.m.
