Deputies found what is believed to be the body of 34-year-old Geneva Parham inside a burned house on Allison Cooper Road Thursday night.
She lived in the home with her three children, who were not home at the time of the fire.
Robert Parham of Henderson is charged with murder. Investigators confirm the couple has an altercation Thursday morning before the fire.
