Morris went missing, the same day her home was set on fire, her car was later found abandoned about a mile away. Her cellular phone, keys and a purse were found. Her husband, Scott Morris, has been named a person of interest by police.
Family is still asking volunteers to help with the search, saying they are not giving up on finding Morris.
"She is devoted mother," a family friend said. "This is the type of mother that would not even drive on 85 with her children. She is so protective over them."
The candle light vigil was held at First Baptist Church in Creedmoor.
