The 14-year-old hunt high student collapsed Monday after running drills with his JV basketball team.
The team had just finished taking a water break when the teen collapsed. He couldn't be revived.
Officials are still trying to figure out what caused his unexpected death.
According to school officials he passed a physical last fall.
