Murder suspect apprehended

FAYETTEVILLE Terry Broussard, Jr. was arrested Tuesday afternoon by deputies in Spartanburg County, South Carolina.

He is wanted on first-degree murder charges for the stabbing death of Ronnell Wright on Saturday. Police say the two men got into an argument before the stabbing.

Broussard is currently being held in the Spartanburg County jail awaiting extradition.

Broussard was previously charged with second-degree murder in March of 2003, and was convicted of voluntary manslaughter. Broussard was sentenced to 51-71 months in prison.
