Fayetteville man killed in fire

FAYETTEVILLE It happened around 3:30 a.m. at a home on the corner of Cedar Creek Road and Community Drive.

Officials say firefighters found a man's body inside the home when they put out the fire.

The victim's name has not been released.

Police say the fire was possibly caused by a faulty propane home heating system, but it is under investigation.
