Miller was arrested Sunday at the Target on Durham-Chapel Hill Boulevard.
Authorities say she was pushing a cart filled with DVDs, knives, pots and pans and a microwave. Her two kids - a 3-year-old and 1-year-old - were also in the cart.
The stolen goods were valued at nearly $1,700.
