Crash hospitalizes 3 adults, 2 children

JOHNSTON COUNTY The wreck happened on Highway 42 at the Highway 70 Bypass in Clayton.

Troopers say Tamilla Daniel ran a stoplight and hit a car carrying a family of four - a mother, father, a 9-year-old and 10-year-old.

All five were taken to Wake Med, but they are expected to be okay.

Police say Daniel is charged with running a stoplight.
