Jay Butler died Sunday surrounded by family and friends. He had been fighting prostate cancer.
Jaybo, as he was known on the air, worked at WQDR for over 20 years.
The radio said on its Website that Butler greatly appreciated the heartfelt messages and well wishes he received from listeners over the last few weeks.
