Officers arrested 47-year-old James Edward Johnson for breaking into Hubbard Pipe on Robeson Street. Johnson allegedly broke the front door window and then broke into a candy machine.
In December, Johnson was charged with 25 counts of breaking and entering in Lee County.
He is being held in the Cumberland County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
