According to arrest warrants, 34-year-old Jason Michael Law was charged Tuesday with three counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor, two counts of statutory rape and one count each of first-degree sexual offense and disseminating obscene materials to a minor.
Warrants state that the incident occurred earlier this month.
Law is assigned to the 330th Transportation Battalion.
His bail has been set at $250,000.
