Authorities say the boy wandered off while with family members and other kids and adults in the woods.
At least a hundred or so searchers were involved in the effort to find him.
The boy was found just after 4:00pm. Officials say he had some minor scrapes from tree limbs, but was otherwise unharmed.
No charges will be filed.
